Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items that cannot be returned include:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimsuits)
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at help@theavenuefairhope.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Please securely package the item and include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Drop off your package at any designated shipping location.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit in the form of an online gift card that can be used online only.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at help@theavenuefairhope.com.
Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
